Bridge with natural tooth root

A bridge, also known as a “fixed bridge” or “fixed dental prosthesis,” is a dental structure designed to replace one or more missing teeth. It is securely anchored to the natural teeth on either side of the missing tooth and remains permanently in place, meaning it cannot be removed by the patient.

To optimize dental hygiene, the use of a dental floss threader under the missing tooth or interdental brushes are necessary.
